What a disappointment! People Magazine would have done better. The quoted sound bites from speakers and the subsequent abject lack of in depth analysis of the issues raised put the coverage solidly in the realm of entertainment, if you find tax dollars wasted and children's education threatened amusing. Another show I don't need to waste my time on.

The disappointment is in the fact that the Chicago Board of Education has such little regard for the stakeholders in public education that it holds most of its meetings while teachers and students are in school, and many parents are working. Kudos and many thanks to Linda Lutton and WBEZ for providing access to these precedings !!
