On Wednesday, the full city council is expected to vote whether Wal-Mart can build a second store in Chicago. The discount store has taken some heat for what’s been perceived as unfair employment practices. In anticipation of this week’s vote on a Wal-Mart location at 83rd and Stewart on the South Side, the company pulled out all the stops this past weekend.
